Your purchase will ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping is standard ground shipping (5-7 days), unless otherwise requested. The O'Neill is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (excluding holidays and company dark weeks).
*Gene's General Store is not currently able to ship internationally.
All sales are final. We only accept returns for exchange if items are damaged in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange of a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your items to alert us of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the price of your item.
Worn or washed garments.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Gene's General Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
